As you can see, FTG takes a slightly different approach to solving business problems. One of our core beliefs is "We don't do technology just for the sake of technology." It has to make business sense -- there has to be a business case for whatever solution is needed.
We offer the following suite of services to our clients:
1. Free Initial Consultation
The first meeting is always provided at no charge to the client. (Depending on the client location and sense of urgency, travel expenses may be incurred, which are negotiable.) To ensure that the problem being solved is aligned with the corporate goals of the client organization, the owner of the company must be present at this initial meeting.
Using our unique approach to problem-solving (click here for more details), we usually start out with a Preliminary Assessment of the situation, which generally takes 8-16 billable hours and is billed on an hourly basis. A phased approach is used, to accomplish the solution in as low-risk manner as possible.
In the case where the solution is already well-defined, it is often beneficial to our clients to perform the project on a "Fixed Price with Variables" basis. In this format, a price for the complete project is established at the beginning of the engagement, with certain protections built into the agreement to protect both parties from unexpected expenses or other project surprises. In this format, FTG guarantees the project will be done within the established budget, assuming all project variables stay the same over the course of the project.
FTG is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is focused on marketing to the local business community. But we are willing to travel to your site, under the right conditions, and also to perform engagements remotely, using Internet technologies. The terms and conditions related to out-of-town engagements are as follows:
1) Time spent traveling is billable at a discounted rate that is 75% of the billable hourly rate.
2) Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client (detailed expense reports will be provided).
3) Reimbursement rates will be at the established levels of the IRS or the client's internal policies.
4) Agreement as to exact reimbursement rates will be dealt with at the time of contract negotiations.

The Hourly Billing Rate
The hourly billing rate for FTG Systems Analysis Services is intentionally kept low, to make high-quality services affordable to small businesses. Our projects tend to cost hundreds of dollars, instead of thousands charged by larger firms that service larger organizations. Please contact us for more information.
