How to Engage FTG

We have tried to make it as simple as possible for you to engage our services.  Whether the anticipated scope of the project is large or small, the process is generally the same:

1.  Initial meeting to define the scope of the problem

2.  FTG creates an "Agreement of Purpose" document, which serves as the proposal and the engagement letter.

The use of the Agreement of Purpose is based on the following bit of wisdom:
“Every project that has ever failed can be traced back to
a lack of clear agreement on the purpose of the project or
failure to adhere to that purpose.” – Louis Gandara

3.  You, the client, and FTG review the Agreement of Purpose together and, assuming we have agreement on the purpose,
     we both sign the agreement.

4.  We launch the project.
